Kurent's Symphony

Slovenia’s most famous carnival went digital in 2021! During lockdowns, we launched Kurent's Symphony, an interactive web app where users could create and share their own musical compositions.
The Kurent, a mythical figure in a sheepskin garment, chases away winter with the sound of giant bells. In the app, users arrange 14 musical bells, choose dance styles, set durations, and change environments—crafting unique music and video clips to share with friends. |
